We endeavour to work with our clients where they are, and as they are. 

You will be carefully matched with a suitable therapist.

Therapy is a collaborative process. You will negotiate the time and frequency of your sessions with your allocated therapist.

We offer flexible and bespoke sessions, face to face, online, via email, via phone, and via text.

There might be platforms we haven't explored yet so if anyone would like to access therapy via the medium of interpretive dance we will do our very best to make this happen for you.
